Where is the folio for weapons?

As the title says, when I got into Costa Del Sol, I notice that there is a missing person in the Folio Shop and Weapons also appears to have manual means to level up like in Remake, so where are these now?

There is not one. When you level up or get SP from other places they go towards your weapon levels. This will make them stronger or add materia slots overtime and more extra stat slots the weapons have. It's annoying and somewhat confusing.
