Chapter 13 Aerith Progression Bug???

At the part where I have to harvest energy with her to move platforms and stuff and I have no more energy to move this one after you create the pool area, killed every mob, looked around every single nook and cranny but cant get enough energy to progress I am softlocked, what solves this issue, and before someone says OH DID YOU LOOK yes I did all over multiple times I know this part of the map like the back of my hand by now.

Some of the platforms take more energy to charge than others. You can uncharge the one you have and then use the energy on another one that will allow you to proceed
