BEST Steam deck settings?

New user here.

The console has settings as "disable vsync" " enable fsr" etc. Are those useful?

Also Windowed/fullscreen? TAA/TAAU?

I just want a simple 30fps experience with not much blurriness. IS that posible?

Yeah. Just set everything to low and cap the game at 30fps. I prefer to leave the game set for 60fps and cap it with the decks limiter.

I also change the resolution options to 100% and 66%.

It's a solid 30fps for me this way on the OLED Steam Deck. It's still not the ideal way to play it because the pop-in is pretty severe but it gets the job done. Especially when I'm just trying to wrap up some side content before bed.
