3D Brawler last two fights *possible spoiler*

Hi,
as i just did my probably last two fights on the 3D Brawler and was struggling. I thought i share my self-made help, so maybe others can use it for their advantage too.

You will have to use the Pause-strategy of course but still better than installing some cheats on your PC. With a few trys, i was able to beat both of them quite fast.

Even though heads down for the ppl who where able to finish this without any tricks up their sleeves!

Be aware, if you use pause button, you have to unpause before you press the stick to the right direction.
Otherwise it is just a block and the enemy gets a bit of limit break.

The Shinra Manager I managed without pause, because I did not try to even pause. But sephi
was really frustrating and I discovered you could pause. One of the worst minigames in this game.

Also you need to hit dodge button at the right time, otherwise its only a block.
So best pause moment is when enemy stops winding up and about to start swinging

One of Sephiroth his moves was easy to encounter. with right stick up, he always looks into the camera :D
But other than that, it was soo difficult to see the difference in the movements.
Congratulations on beating the Shinra Manager, i had barely a learning curve on him, even with wearing glasses >_>

With the Pause-strategy be sure to unpause before using the stick or button to evade.
For example:
I paused the game and saw, that i had to use right stick up to evade, so i pressed up and unpaused it. This resulted automatically in a block. If you first resume and then press right stick up, you will evade 100%.

You are pausing too early if this is what is happening to you. I did all the fights using the pause method and held the direction down before unpausing and it worked without issue.

Im using k+m, so i have no clue about any of that :)
But i was never pre-pushing dodge button when paused, so it was just mistimed button push. Pausing at the right moment helped with that.
Also since i was using keyboard, pushing Esc->Esc->Esc for perfect frame was easy

Having good timing while needing to be slow is usually much harder than being quick. I fail more times at the pull up mini game in remake while it's ramping up than I do when it's hit full speed.

Technicaly it is not cheating.
The pause button is part of the game and not disabled during 3D Brawler, therefore you are using a strategic advancement.

It IS cheating in that it is probably not intended to work that way, but the mini games are not srs bsns, and I think enough people are just trying to get through them with their sanity intact that nobody really cares.
