"WARNING" Game Breaking Bug

While controlling Cait Sith in the Shinra manor, right after fighting the boss and using the elevator, there's a small section of stairs with a railing.

*DO NOT TOUCH THE RAILING WITH CAIT SITH!!!*

He will do a little hop over to the small area on the other side and he's too small to hop back over.

*YOU WILL BE STUCK AND NO AMOUNT OF BUTTONS OR POSITIONING WILL SAVE YOU.*

Also you will be taunted by your party members as you watch THEM effortlessly hop the rail back and forth while you are running in circles losing your mind.

the only fix is to reload your previous save

I had the same problem and spammed jumping at every possible corner.
After a while I was free but wanted to report these stairs, too.😵
