Do you think the pre-order bonuses will be made available later?

On the store page, I read a little bit of text under the list of pre-order bonus items reading "Digital content items may be put on sale separately at a later date."

Does anyone know if SQUARE ENIX has put that disclaimer on any of their other games before? If they have then this probably means nothing, but if they haven't then MAYBE this means it'll be available later. That's what I hope at least.

I believe that the following items will be available for purchase at a later date:
Summon materia- Moogle Trio
Armor- Shinra bangle Mk. II
Armor- Midgar bangle Mk. II
