Vega 64 is equal to a 1080 so maybe not

this is why i wish demos would become mandatory in the video game industry so we can be sure our PCs can run it before spending money

demos being mandatory is a pipe dream and would inflate production time for games. but thankfully we don’t need them, steam offers a 2hr refund window so you have lots of time to get into a game to see if it is going to work, and even troubleshoot it a bit if it doesn’t

Yes, of course xD But on consoles, where the game definitely works, we get a demo, but on PC, where we're not sure how that game will perform, they wouldn’t release a demo version? On consoles, you download it and the game runs fine, but on PC, I’m supposed to buy the product, download over 150 GB, just to see if it’s going to work properly, and then, if something’s wrong, I have to wait 24 hours for a refund request to be processed and get my money back? Can you hear yourself? xD

Then a demo isn't needed. A benchmark tool would be better. Easier to develop. Does what it suppose to do. And doesn't have any bad review.

Anything that can show the performance of a product before paying for it would be a good solution. Because why should I pull out several dozen dollars to buy a game, download over 150 GB, just to find out if the product even works properly? xD

I suggest you wait till you buy the game, the promo is up till the release of the game if you'r unsure of buying the game, maybe they'll drop out the demo before the game is out

Sorry but you aint running the game on that, Vega 64 doesnt support DX12U so the game wont even run.

You should look into upgrading as that is very low end rig.
I have the same question. My 1070ti is roughly equal to the 2060 but will I be able to run it.
I am not presently interested in upgrading video cards, and my CPU and RAM are recommended or better.

No, only 20xx series and up support DX12U so no it wont run on your card since features this game needs are not supported by your GPU

Kids and their modern problems.

Imagine driving for 100km to a shop to buy a game, drive back home and realise it does not work well with your PC and you have to return and drive back again. That is how it used to be for many with exception for some that lived near a game store.

If making a refund request and waiting for a day is to much for you than should have bought a console and skip PC.
