I hope the freya crescent mod makes a wonderful comeback.
For those not in the know it is a very faithful recreation of Freya Crescent in her red mages armor, it even replaces the swords with Freyas spears if you aren't running invisibility mods on your weapons.
Even Freya's maw was animated to be in sync with the cutscenes.

I'm thankful we now have an confirmed release date.

And personally want to thank the developers, and in good faith assure them I have pre ordered this not just because I loved it on play station, but I wanted to contribute to said developers because I wanted to do something out of the kindness of my heart.

You've all worked so hard, and I myself am also happy.

Some will say this is a "faithless remake", and to them I say "You truly do not know how good you guys have it nowadays and should be thankful they're even releasing it to PC at all. They didn't need to do so out of obligation and they can revoke that right at any time should they deem you ungrateful. Don't believe me? Read the EULA."

I don't see why not.
But the fact remains there probably isn't an base for Garnet right now, she'd have to be made from scratch,
whereas Freya already has an previous mod that can be built off of:

It's gonna be much easier to build from an framework than build from scratch.
