What about the DLC summons and other bonus DLCs?

So, FF7 Rebirth had 3 DLC summons and gear that are obtained in very specific ways.

One of them required the player to pre order the game digitally, which was the Moogle Trio if I remember correctly. Not sure if that still stands for the steam pre order.

There was another summon you could only get from a doordash promo back in march, giving you the Posh Chocobo summon.

The Magic Pot summon is available through the digital deluxe edition, even on steam so that's fine.

But what about stuff like the accessory Mk Bangle, which you could only get if you donated $5 to a children's hospital before the game came out on ps5.

They didn't mention these things anywhere and the digital deluxe edition doesn't mention it either. So what are they going to do with those bonuses? Genuinely curious.
