True, It's insane how many people believe it does anything but act as DRM.
I wouldn't count it out. They added it on Dragon Quest III a while after the preorders were open.

Square Enix is generally good about listing Denuvo before a game releases. There have been a couple of missteps, but they're usually one of the better ones, at least as far as advance warning goes. I'm hoping they don't sneak it into Rebirth, but considering that Remake and Crisis Core lacked it, I think we might be good here.
Please stop spreading misinformation. Denuvo isn't a virus or other malware.
Performance isn't the issue with Denuvo. Forcing you to ask permission to play what you've paid for and sometimes being told "no" is the problem.
One can only hope.
