Is it safe to assume Half Life 2: Remastered Collection is cancelled?

If you look around these forums, there are plenty of recent posts by Filip Victor mentioning the "next update", so stuff is clearly being worked on. It may be the Remastered Collection (keep in mind it still wasn't announced and only leaked due to steamdb) or something else. So have some patience.

There are two dates approaching. One is 20th anniversary of Half-Life 2 which is on 16th November 2024. Another is 10th anniversary of Half-Life 2 Update steam release which is on 28th March 2025. Nothing is guaranteed to happen of course, but those feel like the most fitting for some sort of announcement or release.

The recent changes shown here (look into history tab) are not significant and are shared with many other games. The last real update was in September 2023 which touched some controller settings.

I understand that, but is Filip forbidden of directly mentioning the Remastered Collection and can only hint at it using indirect methods?

It was mentioned a few times before. I think they just don't want to overpromise on stuff that might not happen. The "Remaster Collection", once again, still wasn't properly announced.
