All perks bugged?
Flashlight batteries die with perk, fuel tanks not full with perk.. do any of them work?

If I go to Customization / Perks, the only perk available is:

Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist
Vaccinated Scientist

Are my perks completely bugged out?

Yes, more than mine lol.

I have a perk tree, but they don't seem to actually work.

No, I can't actually select anything in the perk tree, and when I use vending machines it says I have no perks, look:

Does anyone know where the game's save data is? We'd have to wipe our save data in order to fix it OR wait for a hotfix.

If your perks were corrupted after getting the new update replace your old file with this one in appdata/local/nuclearnightmare/saved/savedgames (make sure you turn off Steam cloud when doing this)

This gives all perks and 35k points

On the Nuclear Nightmare Community Hub there is a good guide for using the developers provided fix. I've also included a youtube video that has a very good explanation on applying the fix. It works.
