Enter Key turns game from Fullscreen to Windowed Mode

Not sure why this is, or how to fix it.

Also doesn't seem to let me interact with computers anymore as all the laptops don't work.

its just a glitch that happens to every game try going into windowed and in settings go to fullscreen or just not press enter

Changing screen modes does not fix the problem.

You also have to hit enter to do the Touchdown, so also not an option.

You might be aware of this already, but ALT+Enter helps you toggle between fullscreen and windowed on most programs. It's not a solution to your problem, but it might be a workaround until you come across a fix.
