Doesn't help when you're already in the game is what OP was saying
People like that just blame the victim instead of addressing the issue. They more then likely prefer to team kill and troll over playing the game. As from experience people who reply to discussion forums like this about trolling, griefing, and cheating. Make the defense "oh just leave, or just kick." Knowing full well the solution is hollow and worthless as it doesn't address the problem.
Just think this person was not the host of the match and just someone who joined. How the host would feel to see everyone leave the game because of the cheater. That no one in that lobby can play and has to match make again because of a single clown in the lobby. "Just leave, just block, just play something else, or just kick" are all worthless suggestions as in the end as the cheater/troll got to do their harm to the game and everyone suffers for it. Basically "kicking over your sandcastle in the sandbox" for their own enjoyment. As they are too simple minded and dumb to actually play the game LEGIT and play it normally instead of being a loser ruining everyone else's fun for a little giggle.
Keep in mind if you do remove them, they just instantly hop into another lobby and repeat their brainless rampage in another game. Just passing the problem onward. This is why the developer now has to waste time working on a ban/kick system with possible global server bans after repeat bans/kicks because of a bunch of man children that just can't play a coop game with any skill and coordination.
That was way longer than it needed to be, especially over two peoples responses adding up to a single sentence.
A report system should've been in place to begin with. That's not wasting time, that's a necessity in modern day gaming (or gaming in general) due to the ease of access to using such software or being a troll that ruins the experience for everyone else. That system should've been in place from day 1.
Kicking is already in place and would NOT take a long time to code it to be for when in game too, and not just the lobby. the use of both systems would mean that person would get banned quicker as people would report them and then kick them. it would force them into another match which would then repeat that process of report & kick equalling to a speedier response from the banning system.
