im having a problem with the game not lounching
I got this game as a gift from one of my friends so we could play together because we are Smiity fans and wanted to play this awesome-looking game. However, I’m running into a problem where the game won’t launch and says I’m missing a file. When I try to verify the files, Steam says '1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired,' but it does not download the file.

The missing file is NuclearNightmare-Win64-Shipping.exe.

I have tried everything:
Restarting Steam
Restarting my computer
Giving the game more RAM usage
Downloading it on a different HDD
Turning my fire wall down

and nothing i hope i can get a response
