ive noticed there are alot of ways to get stuck, i fell in a hole in the ice as a monster and there is no way to get out or kill yourself, i also was doing some parcore at slaughter house and fell in the center of the building and couldnt get out, i feel like there should be a way to die in them as monsters so your not playing the whole game stuck

I had the same issue, climbing the tank stairs and falling off the roof...
