Playing as monster
Do I win anything from killing players as an infected monster? What if I get respawned after killing something?

"Win anything" um, you get to see the end screen I guess? The only thing you "Win" in NN is EXP for perk points/cosmetic unlocks.

But what is my incentive to kill as a monster? Do i get extra xp for it?

Not to my knowledge, no. You're dead, you effectively lost.

Perhaps I will make a separate topic later. But now I would like to briefly describe my thoughts here. Now playing as a monster does not make sense. Firstly, it looks stupid when a monster with a player's nickname above its head runs around the map. They will simply remember you and avoid you in the following matches. The monster should have a separate branch of tasks, namely to prevent players from evacuating from the map, then the monster should not have any nickname above its head and no voice communication, the player is now dead and its task now in the role of a monster is to create various interesting and unexpected situations for living players so that it is more interesting and difficult for them to play. And the monster should be encouraged for completing its task and it can win if it does not allow other players to evacuate and does not die itself. The game should develop in the direction of generating interesting and unexpected situations so that each playthrough is unique.

That's also possible. The main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the monster will be too strong.

The monster transformations are more or less a gimmick to end the game faster, rather than watch your friends and or randos for 20+ more minutes. The unfortunate thing, is the names follow above their heads, so you can't get the drop on people, even in the dark, but that's fixable. Again, dying means you lost, you'll get limited experience points, but get to that end screen that much faster.

As for perks? What more do you need? You have IR vision that can see across the entire map. You're almost as fast as a snow mobile and knock down with every lunge.

At the moment, yes - everything is so. But we are talking about how we could diversify the game. And then, to give such complex content as playing for a monster just to finish the game faster, well, that's very doubtful. When how can you make something more and interesting out of it, because it's already added to the game, you just need to refine, so to speak, the meaning of life for the monster :)
