Not being able to re-spawn is such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible mechanic when your matches take 40-50+ minutes. And they get nothing even if survivors win, I had the Snowmobile Boost perk and even using that as fast as possible couldn't get me from Base Camp 1 to medbay fast enough to get the vaccine.

Terrible mechanic, apparently theres an objective you need to be infected and scanned to achieve, so I volunteered to get infected, had full hp and a vaccine and pills. It hit me and I took 10% damage then instantly exploded into an infected. It was a small little crab or something. Anyway, spent the next 40 minutes alt tabbed while the other people played the game. One guy died 4 times and was revived all 4 times while I just sat there.

Really boring mechanic, especially as a team game with friends. "Oh sorry joe just uhh idk afk I guess we'll be done in 6 more objectives."

Yeah, what's even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded is I was able to be respawned while I was playing as a monster so it was actually fun running around up until they spawned me in, then I died right away anyway to some random enemy that was next to them and got infected. Now I'm just sitting here bored as ♥♥♥♥ and annoyed. I would've rather not been revived at all and kept playing as the monster because this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Yep, I also find that it's just not worth it sticking around if you die while infected. Here's hoping the mechanic gets overhauled into something that isn't torture

Now that I'm not raging I'd suggest making it so once you complete Xth, Yth, Zrd objectives you can respawn, so dying can be punishing but not unbearable and give you a chance if you get bad RNG or something.

its not survivors vs monsters lol the monster is jsut a nice way to give players something to do if they fail and die like idiots! this is not vs game lol
