Newbie questions need help!

[Field Emergent Rescue]

Just played a few hours into the game. Bumped into some questions which I hope someone can help.
1. I'm playing on Normal mode with H mode on. I felt like every battle I'm getting stun-lock by H-attacks from the enemies. Each battle takes a long time because of that. Is this normal for you guys?
2. Are the enemies level scale based on your current level? Am I suppose to grind those low levels for exp?

When you level up, you get perk points. Save these to learn some active skills.
H-related skills are unlocked as you doing more H things.

1) Learn Desperate Struggle so you can get out of H as needed (100% escape chance).
- However, there is merit to leveling your H. At some point, you will learn the Caress skill (after doing lots of H). This skill enable you to steal item during H, including other skills! It is an important source of new skills during early-mid game.
- Enjoy - a H skill that gives you a mini 5% Heal
- Vitality Drain Absorb the opponent's HP by the same amount as your sensitivity at the cost of increasing your VP by 5. 99 Turns CD
- Hold Back Orgasm - Prevents Beatrice from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, which will sustain your +100% Atk bonus from your adrenaline (the vertical pink H bar on the right)

There are also some useful passives:
- Antibody (up to lv10): Reduce VP gain during sex by 4 per level. At level 10, you no longer get VP from having sex
- Restraint Resistance (up to lv2): Pick this up ASAP. Negating damage during H is huge.

2) You will need to grind some money for the weapons, which affect your base ATK. Assault Rifle will be your next weapon and needed for 2nd map.

Does that mean this game is intended to be played with Beatrice having s*x a lot? So far, I've been trying hard to avoid that... Am I playing this wrong?
