where is freeman's ID Card?

You get his ID card by defeating him another time after having cleared the main story.

I knocked down the CEO again, but he didn't give it to me.. Why is that?

you have to get to the second area again and kill him a second time same for the clown jackman

I have both cards but they never seem to have any interactions with anything. What are they used for?

freemans is used to do H scenes in the simulation battle when youre in the control room. i dont know about jacks but i figure it would be for something in the control room as well.
