Should I boost the difficulty and start over if I haven't yet unlocked all the monsters and equipment? (And achievements of course)

All the equipment do not really matter. But.. If you have not unlocked yet the "Many secrets" achievement, try to caputre one secret monster at least to get it. I think there are some guides on the workshop for this one.

Rrestarting is the only way to get the "Ironed Out The Kinks" achievement to get 100% on YMBAB. Here is a a detailed guide : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=510060125
