Stuck in domestic tests

OK, so I've arrived in an area where i need to complete the domestic tests. I've moved some purple flowers, they're the wrong colour. I have an empty glass jar and a shoe cover in my inventory. On the lower floor ther's an elevator I can't use - it says I need to complete the dusting challenge first. There's a room upstairs with a crying baby test. How do I complete the dusting challenge in order to use the elevator?

You already have what you need, just figure out how to apply it. It's ultimately all about what the scanner sees.

hi . i stuck on the domestic test with crying baby i dont have idea what to do . i coplete all other tests and i read all notes including
hiden computer but i still dont know what to do with this baby .

ARID isn't designed to solve the baby test... but maybe she can use something else. The vacum test has something you can use... or at least, what's connected to the vacum test...

I'm stuck on the child test. I have a jar, shoe cover, fluid and wire cutters. Could someone just tell me whether I am missing an item to deal with it or do I have what I need?

rmz - you may still need to use the jar on the dripping slug blood in the grocery room. However - someone did run into a bug recently where after they reloaded, that dripping blood wasn't there. let me know if it works for you. if not, a patch is coming soon.

I am also stuck at the baby. But in a different manner.

Completed the 3 others tasks.
got the red blood in a jar, and used it on a mushroom. It said like "they will now be agressive", but none turned red, shrooms are still green and now I can't use anything on the mushrooms. The vacuum won't move and baby is still crying :)
Am I also facing some sort of bug?

You might be.

if you used the slug blood on the mushrooms, they should be aggrovated and spew spores when you get close. is that not happening? And the blood is no longer in your inventory?

if that is the case, you have definintely encountered a bug! Let me know :)

I've gotten access to the upper floor and I just can't solve the baby test. Any idea what I'm supposed to do? All I've got left is the hand, the wire cutters and superconductor fluid

Got the blood, enraged the shrooms. Completed the child test! Thanks Hypnoslave!

To be honest, I wouldn't think of that.. Reminds me of the point and click adventures of old where you were bound to get stuck now and then because clues were so convoluted no sane person would think of something like that. That's a good thing though ^_^ The Fall is really great so far!

The mushrooms indeed blew spores when I used it. I still have the red jar in inventory.
I see there is an update, I'll check after it :-)
