1. Uninstall Onigiri.
2. Go into your file explorer and enter this: %appdata%
It should bring you to the "Roaming" folder. If not, you can probably select "Roaming"
3. Open file "cobra"
4. There should be a file with a name consisting of random letters and numbers. Open it, then delete "jp_tmpdata.dat"
5. Re-install Onigiri. It will make a new "jp_tmpdata.dat" upon installing.
Apparently this is the storage location for the game settings. It is not deleted upon uninstalling Onigiri, and is information the game has cached so it can apply your old settings to the new client when you re-install Onigiri.
Don't worry about losing your characters, because even if you delete that cached data, the character data is saved to Onigiri's servers.
Hope this works for you as well!
P.S. Nice pfp
Hey should i back up the game files still?
this is so annoying can't we just replace it with a fixed file
No need, it should be okay without backing up files, since you are only deleting that single file and leaving the others alone. Onigiri will just make a new file in its place upon re-install. That new file will have the default settings on it. Open the game, and just re-adjust settings to what you desire. My initial mistake was setting the game to a fullscreen resolution higher than my actual monitor's size.
If you're worried about losing character data, you won't. Character data is saved on Onigiri's servers, like most MMORPGs. This means you can hop right back to playing ASAP!
Sorry this reply took so long!
