Steam Onigiri?
Its nice to see cyberstep steping it up but, will players who already had PC accounts be able to log in to that exisiting account? I sure do not want to start from scratch. This game takes alot of OC(in game currency) when you want somthing out of nyankoropon shop.

i have sent a report to Cyberstep and they mailed me back replying that PC and Steam servers are separated thus cannot be synced. I don't think they would ever patch this soon since Cyberstep is such a small company

I'm wondering that as well, I saw on the main website that there was going to be a steam version. I hope we are able to link our old accounts.

As it stands, the Switch-Steam crossplay server is emerging soon, but they forgot to consider that most PC players HAVE steam! Cyberstep has NO INTENTION on actually integrating PC players into the STEAM system, nor will they be doing account transfers. I'd say its unfair that all we worked for will be for naught if you wanted to play with buddies on Steam. Right Now, I've got the Cyberstep Customer Service representative to bring this issue up to the devs and marketing, along with the following link.

So, switch players cannot play with the non-Steam players?
askasys Mar 8, 2019 @ 7:07am
The solution to login with the account of the non-Steam version, should be to remove a file "steam_api.dll"
I do this procedure for some free2play games here, like World of Warships

What about PS4 accounts I take it no way to continue my account here on Steam? That would suck

PS4 onigiri accounts works with the PC version? (I mean, the non-Steam version).
If you have registerd an e-mail and password, should be work. Otherwise there is an autologin with the playstation account and in that case there is no crossplay.

There are MMOs on PC with crossplay, like Phantasy Star Online 2.
But, for Steam MMOs I really don't know.

Anyone have tried TERA in both Steam and PS4 with the same account ?

Sadly you can't transfer your account so if you want to star over it is a go but if you don't..... then I guess not

I don't know if that method really work, but you could try. Just make a backup of the file "steam_api.dll" before delete it.

yo chrnodroid,i did what you said. i deleted the steam_api.dll in [C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Onigiri]. after deleting and opening the game, it says important files are missing. is there some kind of mistake from what i did?
