Multiplayer?

So i know this always a big hit or miss, but will there be any multiplayer? i love subnautica but the biggest then that pushed me away is that i wanted multiplayer. and this game...omg this game makes mine brain go brrr so of course id want to show it to my friends, but the first question before we all decide not to get it, is if it has multiplayer.

While multiplayer isn't in the current plans, it may be reconsidered based on community feedback during Early Access.

I can tell you that the MP is a big wanted feature, so i guess it looks good for us that we will get it maybe in the future

What is multiplayer going to do? You will rapidly get to the end of the game and have nothing left to do.

just say you dont have friends and multiplayer wont add to your experience and move on

yeah I love subnautica which this feels like its like, but i only got limited mileage as my main gaming buddies are my wife and kids:D so for me multiplayer is really needed, we played with the multiplayer mod in that case but the bugginess tested our patience. On the plus side you pop in multiplayer and you get 4-6 copies sold if that is the case. But each to their own, looks fun at any rate.

yea.. i was hoping for MP. likely will wait for that if not, it's a pass. Games like this feel better playing with homies
