how to use repaire tool kit? e.g. to repair Skipper vehicle

On the right hand side below the window, is a lump.
Hovering over it it says modules, click on that and the next screen there's a button to use the repair tool.

Which window? At the starter base? There is no lump.. or I am blind. Can you post a screenshot?

Below the window of the Summon. On the sides where the batteries are located, there is storage on one side, modules on the other. Click on the modules, the same place you would install modules for the Summon, there is an option to repair.
