How do i unlock chilled out achievement for star mage?

I cannot think of a way to unlock the star mage chilled out achievement. I thought standing on ice in the frozen zone would but it did not. Please help.

you need to freeze yourself. so friendly fire on, then ice magic on spells like pulse, bomb, rockyroady etc that can hit you
