Mouse movement request

Please add a mouse option for movement. I can't use WASD for movement, can't play with a controller, and can only use the arrow keys for about 10 - 15 minutes at a time. Yes, I know there are adaptive options. I also know the game could be more accommodating. I also see this has been asked for a few times, but nobody has officially responded so I'm adding my voice to the issue.

I really cant see mouse movement being a thing.... later, harder levels need precise and fast movement that with a mouse would stand no chance.... I suppose for doing a normal run maybe, but the endless run. no way.

Oh I duno. At least as an option for people that can't play any other way would be nice. It's not like it would affect anyone else. Nothing wrong with options. Especially for people with disabilities.

That will solve many problems to people with disabilities like me, my hands are unable to press any keyboard key due to my lack of strength, mouse is the only way.

I'm on the same boat. Mouse movement is the only way for me to play these games so I'll definitely get it once it's added :)
