Absolutely the dumbest achievement in the game. Why is the number so incredibly high if the mushroom progress isn't shared? This means people are going to fight over picking them up first if you do get lucky enough to see it. It also doesn't really give incentive to doing the smart thing and playing with other people to get achievements done at a more reasonable pace. Achievements are all the main attraction that these game genres run on the gameplay is too simple to hold anybody for very long (which is fine) but if you make them such a headache to get that just makes the game a headache.
