Nice reference to SCP-173
The dangerous glitched humanoid anomaly is a reference to SCP-173.

The humanoid moves when it's not being watched: Same as SCP-173's behavior
The humanoid has a broken neck: SCP-173 breaks a human's neck
The humanoid is gray colored and looks like a stone statue: SCP-173 is a stone sculpture

Aside from the broken neck, it could also be a reference to Dr Who's weeping angels, also deadly grey stone statues that move when they aren't being watched (or they could both be SCP references, or the SCP could be a Dr Who reference; I don't know when the SCP was created).

How about not being a reference at all and just having similar mechanics? Not everything is an homage or a reference. Though you could argue it was probably inspired by it.

The SCP Foundation wasn't even created until 2008. The first weeping angel episode of Dr Who was the year prior in 2007.

Besides the things mentioned above, I would like to add that the same mechanics is more or less typical for certain monsters in Japanese urban legends, or even deeper back in folklore.
