Evade is not working as intended
On two separate games I had cast Evade on myself prior to an opposing player attacking me and my character did not evade. There were no other confounding factors such as Lionheart Breastplate in play.

Please fix.

Did your attacker have Scout? Scout cancels Evade as of a June 2018 patch.

The "scout/vision" buff (w/e it is called) cancels evade effect since the version ?? of the game.
Did your opponent have scout/vision ?
