is multiplayer dead?

I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two for a multiplayer game unless it's 4:00 AM or something. The community is pretty active.

Multiplayer is still alive and well! The peak times with the lowest queues are typically evenings in US time, from 6pm - 11pm Pacific Time. We update the game every few months or so, so people always come back in big waves, too.

On rare occasions you may have to wait a moment, but personally it never took longer than 3-4 minutes for me. In vastly most cases it's very quick ;)

Maybe its a linux thing but Multiplayer has a lot of problems.
50% of Lobbies fill but the game never starts. 75% of games someone loses connection. Haven't finished a game in weeks

no idea. But this has never happened since last patches rolled out

I'm having this problem for days again. There was a time a month or so ago when most games would freeze before they could be completed. I've been frustrated with multiplayer 4x today...4x the game lost connection or did weird visual distortions during battles. I've played many times today and only could finish multiplayer 1x. Last time it died one move before I would've won. I'm annoyed. Every game a player loses connection and is replaced by AI. I'm only going to try playing single player for a while. That works fine...but no war chests or keys!

Unless I can ban Ghor I won't play multiplayer. That bear is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ OP and needs to be nerfed.

I will only play with friends, so we can all agree not to play him until they nerf him.

I'll stop the hate when he stops being OP.

You ask why people don't want to play multiplayer, he's the sole reason I won't. It is either lock him in asap or dodge when someone else does. He's broken, unfun, and unintuitive.
