question regarding skin shards (?)

So I have a question regarding those pieces you can transmogrify to get skins, that I hope someone here will know to answer me:
can I get those also from the chests I get from the character progression on the clan grounds, or are they only from multiplayer match chests?
I don't play much online multiplayer, and mostly enjoy playing it offline. I hope I'm not being left out of this possibility because of my preference, but I would like to know...

no, as long as the chest is one that type may contain a skin shard, it dosent matter if you got it from online match or otherwhise.

To add to that; the chest collections that won’t drop skin fragments are Wyld’s Bounty, Spoils of War, and Traitor’s Gift.

That’s a result of them predating skin fragments.
