I finally won my first Rot Victory, using Barnaby :D
Luckily, in the last couple rounds, I stole hot rot wine from amber. Using the bane blade, leather armor, and marauder gauntlets & 10 rot, I killed the king. I was incredibly lucky but I also believe that the multiplayer experience (Losses & occasional wins) helped me become a more adaptive player.

I learned and applied the following things to win the game:

-I didn't plan to win by Rot. It only occurred to me when I had been given rot by another player while carrying a few rot cards in my hand. At that moment, I said ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ iiit LETS DO IT

- I didn't tease or annoy players (Barnaby's emotes are incredibly annoying btw...) , but rather congratulated them on their success & begged for truces when they were in the lead, so they didnt bitterly send perils my way.

-I tried to maximize the value of my card draw by burning/using the cards in my hand whenever possible.

-Using barnaby, I didn't drown my hand in weapon/armor cards

-I pumped my wit stat to 7 over the course of the game, using the 2+ gold ring to maintain a steady flow of gold to fuel my Gold/Red Card use

-Every turn I tried my best to race to my quest, sometimes forgoing other boons. This was crucial, because it gave me a stat/treasue advantage early on

-I made good use of Barnabys power & the royal banner to maintain prestige leader when possible

Anyhow, I'm proud of myself. I consider Rot victories to be the hardest cause it takes a fair amount of luck + skill to achieve. Im part of the 7.4% now, shout out to my ROT BROSKIS!

Heh, my congratulations. I couldn't of have won with the rot cuz of Internet problems :/ had everything to win. (#sad, had won for all hours that I have only 1 time with bots and 2 times at mp)
And ye, the tips are pretty useful. Thank you.

Congrats, I never have won with barnaby with rot, mostly for his low spirit.

I will cherish this for the rest of my life. You are a living, breathing anathema to english language, and that's something to be proud of.

Thanks!

His low spirit is a disadvantage for certain; however, with 7 wits, I was able to draw 1-2 magic cards per turn without flooding my hadn with dead cards. The useless magic cards typically gave me moons, suns, wylds to burn, and the rot cards have no spirit cost: you just gain rot.

Furthermore, I realized that Barnabys tanky health stat gave him the ability to reliably take on rot without risking death. As long as I bounced between stone circles and used health items, I managed to keep my HP topped off, that was a nice surprise.

Barnaby has quickly turned into my favorite hero, he rewards flexible playstyles and that keep things interesting/

Thanks for the gratz!

Sorry to hear about the connection issues. Is your router connected by cable to your PC? if not, I would definitely do that cause thats helped stabilize my connection to many games.

@Gomer
There is another problem- yes, my PC is connected to router, with it there is no problem. But Internet restarts every day at 1:03 am. I started the game at 11:40 pm hoping everything would be OK. But nobody left the game, so every player was standing till the end. And at the last turn the Internet crashed for 10 seconds.. and rip whole game :/. That was such a fail.:(

I am sorry, is it a sarcasm?
I feel like it is.
And I noticed, that my english isn't perfect. Maybe you'll notice that sentence now?
