DLC heroes
Am I stupid? what do I need to unlock dlc heroes beside the usurper ones?

Каждое ДЛС открывает свой ряд персонажей, если у вас имеется дополнение "Узурпаторы", вам будут доступны персонажи Магна, Харгрейв,Саргон и Гор.

Если не смотря на имеющееся ДЛС данных персонажей в наличии нет, возможно вам может помочь переустановка игры.

i do have all three but i still can't play any bandit or rivals heroes

Make sure you have DLC enabled, the checkbox in Armello's DLC tab in the Library section of Steam.

i have even tried to disable usurpers, but in that case there were only vanilla ones
