Annoying dice rolling time. Make the game faster!!!!
Dice can roll up tp 30 minuted of 1 game. Developers, reduce this time. Its just annoying. this game is slow enough, I literally do nothing 3/4 of the game, and in addition this dice rolling time...

Hey there Bear D, are you referring to the Lunar Dice rolling at all? If so, that's absolutely a known issue that we're working on a fix for!

It's not just the Lunar Dice, any dice roll takes around 10 seconds to settle. Like Bear D. said that between that length of time, times one dice roll per player per turn is something like 20 to even 30 minutes of game time sitting waiting for dice to finish bouncing around. Does seem a little excessive.

There can also be excessive lag if you happen to get a very large number of dice.

If you don't like to play usual games, play custom with short turns, but do not break game for other. Dice rolling time is normal, even for online sync for all players.

I personally enjoy the suspense, but I also go into Armello fully aware that I'm going to spend about an hour playing it. It's like a lot of longer board games, it's an investment of your time for certain. With so many other things having a slow and thoughtful pace, I don't know how well the pacing would really fare by dice rolls going by in a blur.

If you mean the dice rolling around in multiplayer: it takes a lot longer than in singleplayer, because the different people in the session have to exchange the information: if it is to long: try singleplayer

I mean, I somewhat enjoy the longer times in multiplayer games with those dice rolls. I'm not the most veteran player, only have some 5 games of MP behind me with the rest being SP to grind out some rings and get familiar with things. The longer times for other players in a combat allows me to get used to the UI and concept of keeping up with other player's gear or simply analyzing the map. While it might feel like a bit of a drag to you as a veteran player (I know very much what its like to be a veteran getting frustrated oversomething that you might not realize helps newer players), things like this can help players like me reach the point you're at just that much faster.

Don't get me wrong, I've wanted a dice roll to end a bit sooner when that last die keeps hitting wylds or rots and keeps re-rolling over and over. But a normal pile of dice with a couple rerolled once doesn't bother me slightly.

Ok, waste your time further, guys. I quit this sh*t.

IMO I do agree that the dice can sometimes feel like they're way lighter than they should be (from a physics point of view). Like they just fly and bounce all over the place, as if they're bouncy balls. Real dice don't bounce around for 5 seconds. Maybe increasing mass and drag should help a little bit with making them feel like more realistic dice throws?

I have noticed dice bounce for extra time when the game experiences latency, a dice roll lasting probably 40 seconds while a buddy had serious connectivity issues. So if it is lasting abnormally long, that could be a culprit.
