It feels more like a strange bug to me. Would it be possible to take a picture of the three dice slots? As a side note, what dice sets is she using?

This is totally new for me. How did this happen? Did you use the console to type commands, or did a strange action?
Now I'm curious... How does it look in-game, when you're at combat or perils?
It looks completely normal just with three types of dice. Sadly, I have no idea how this happened, therefore this topic. ;)
What are we talking about here. Other than the fact that I'm wondering how you can get two different dices at the same time?
