Linux version [update 2018-12-01]

The old Linux version was not well-supported and never had working achievements. As of today I have removed this build so that you can use Steam Play for an improved experience.

Unfortunately you need to manually move your savefile from

~/.appdata/com.sokobond/Local Store/#SharedObjects/sokobond.sol

to

~/.steam/steamapps/compatdata/290260/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Application Data/com.sokobond/Local Store/#SharedObjects/sokobond.sol

(Where ~/.steam probably exists as a symlink to where Steam is installed but if not try ~/.local/share/Steam or wherever it is on your computer)

Other than that, everything should work as well as or better than before. Let me know if you have any issues.

You can use Steam Play to play the game by following the instructions here: https://itsfoss.com/steam-play/ the crucial setting is "Enable Steam Play for all titles".

If people are wondering how to get the achievement, you need to finish 13 levels with an hydrogen molecule. I did it on a year old profile and it worked. If you have a doubt you can always create a new profile and go in settings>progress and unlocks all levels to be able to access all the required levels immediately.

You'll know that it works if after finishing a level with an hydrogen molecule you can see a sigil in the top right corner with a counter underneath. You can see it in the screenshots in the previous comments. In my case, the counter was glitched and stayed at 0/0 but the achievement still unlocked correctly.

So, let me get this straight:
4 years after release, a new achievement is added.
Not only does it not relate to new content, it relates to some secret stuff belonging to some ARG.
Not only does it belong to some stupid ARG, it relates to an ARG that has been concluded two years ago.

Somehow, the developer thought this to be a good idea. He must have thought something along the lines of "Yeah, let's make this effort. People will certainly enjoy this. Yep.". I mean, seriously!?

But there is no new stuff, that's the whole bloody point. The whole thing was already in the game years ago. You could have already done all of it.
And if you reinstalled or replaced your PC since playing it, you have to redo the arguably hardest puzzles again, because the game doesn't even have cloud support.

you could unlock all levels with a button i think so theres no need to redo everything. and it is new stuff, its a new different way to beat the levels

That already existed. Including the symbol with counter at the top right and all. Everything. Years ago. I don't know how else I can say this. There is no new content. None.

And your previous counter can't be unlocked again with a button.

oh didnt know that. oh well, still good an achiv acknowledging it i suppose. i mean i didnt know about the ARG till the achiv so you could say it served its purpose

Do I need to replay 13 levels or just "much methane" to get that achievement?

The new achievement isn't unlocking for me on a mac after solving all 13 puzzles, including repeating Much Methane at the end.

Edit: New Update fixed it, popped as soon as I opened the game.
