Late game questions (multiple) - Part 1
Hi, I have clocked 30+ hours in this game after multiple reset. I have few questions that I think many people will have too.

Leaders:
1. When I try to assign a leader to a tower, it kept telling me his people is not of majority. I assume this means the leader's faction must be over 50% of overall population?
2. If above is true, it means I can only assign 1 leader at any time right? Are there any way to assign multiple leaders to towers?
3. Is it intentional that the captains/commanders beyond any given leader not to show if the faction leader is not assigned to any tower.

Resource extractor range:
Can you give an overall guide on increase extractor range. For example:
1. foundation and upgraded pathway actually hurt the industry because it take up space within the resource circle?
2. Optimal number of small towers from the extractor within the resource circle, in your opinion
3. Is it true that only small towers "directly" from the extractor help developing any given industry
4. Some resource extractor still shows like +3 or +4 even though the industry seems to be very developed (I opted for low extractor range). However, some resource extractor is already +7 / +8 after short period of development and the industry does not seem so advanced. What's the reason and how to improve?
5. any other tips?

Outposts:
1. Is the number of outposts limited? Or it will keep poping up randomly?

Wonders:
1. Can I still get all wonders for all three factions? I only got the bannerless wonder.

Transport route captain:
1. Is it intentional that I can remove all "wood" captain from the port and all the existing towers will still function?
2. Does assigning multiple captains with same "resource" type to a port improve the transport/trade?

City planning:
1. Does mixing and/or connecting citadels and towers of different factions within a network of city have any drawbacks or benefits?

Diplomacy:
1. Other than "trading" and/or "hostile options are available to me for the other settlements. How do I unlock other options?

That's it for now.... may have part 2 questions if i can think of more.

Hi cheers for sticking with the game for 30! hours.
let me run thru this.

1: its not population majority but alignment, so basically its about the commanders and captains and outposts in your servcice, so its related but note exactlty in the top right of the flow overlay it says alignment x population, the bar is your alignment.

you can adjust this by traderoutes with other factions as well. it's a bit of a fuzzy value

2:technically only 1 yes . buuuut some people have used the embassy building to get a second and third leader installed, but that's more or less an exploit ;) ( a good one tho)

3.yes those captains are unlocked when the leader is assigned and don't appear without the leader assigned

extractors:

1. yes this is true, foundations are meant for houses not industry

2.hard question, I usually do 8, but I don't know the exact optimal amount, it's also about what looks cool for me

3. not any tower/road/wall will develop, but the iron/battle walls are much thicker, thus taking up more space

4.In the current version there is a known bug that if a extractor is connected to a "trade harbour" , a harbour that you got from talking to another faction settlement, and later gained that settlement. This bug is fixed in the next update, perhaps that's the issue. If so just delete that harbor and replace with a normal one

5.trade with other factions exchanges resources,, these never deplete and is the best way in the game to gain resources

outposts
1. 3 per faction, but a new system for outpusts/refugees is coming in the next update., It will be more predictable and you can just buy them in the world

wonders
1. some people have managed this thur the embassy and dismantling certain faction commanders to temporary change the alignment and then get the wonder ,, a lot of work. quite difficult

planning
1. no drawback, also looks cool!

diplomacy
1. the other options are case-sensitive so mostly when you go to war or they are close to getting angry at you because you become aligned with an enemy faction.
