ON HDR and DX12

You may notice a DX12 startup option, this is an experimental feature and if it turns unstable please report it and continue playing on the regular version.

HDR output is enabled on the game and can be toggled from the settings (use the HDR luminance slider to tweak it). However at this moment it's impossible to share or save screenshots from the game with HDR enabled, so it's purely for your enjoyment on your HDR 10 compatible monitor. It seems steam doesn't do automatic tonemapping back to SDR for screenshots
