'Breadwinner' achievement

I've spent the last two days pursuing the 'Breadwinner' achievement - the one requiring you to haul Foodstuffs from your home port or subsidiaries to every port in the world. I made a list of all 55 ports to keep track of which ports I'd supplied, but when I finally got a shipment to the last holdout (Stanley), the achievement still didn't trigger.

Now, I'm reasonably sure I did ship to every single port - including the three subsidiary ports I shipped Foodstuffs from - but before I start this whole thing all over again, I have three questions.

Is the achievement text correct in that subsidiaries (even if you move subsidiaries around) count as ports of origin? I didn't close the subsidiaries I shipped food from, but had to relocate one from Durban to Cape Town in order to get a Foodstuffs shipment to Stanley.

Is there any way to see which ports you've covered on the incomplete Steam achievement, so I could quickly identify which port I've missed, if any?

Is this achievement bugged in some way?

Been a long time since I finished it - best as I recall, my second attempt succeeded. Can't remember if I did anything different, so I assume I either missed a port, or the game was a bit finicky wrt. opening/closing subsidiaries while pursuing this achievement.

I guess I will restart my list and go through it again with hopefully one along the way triggering it.

I did not change a subsidary until all shippments from it had arrived at the destinations but maybe I messed up on one.
