Frequent crash to desktop

I recently re-installed this game, and downloaded Mercpocalypse 1.4 and Blue Sun but it crashes to desktop literally every few minutes. What am I doing wrong? What settings should I change?
It doesn't seem to have a single trigger condition (though I know returning enemy grenades seems to always cause it)

Do the crashes happen more while loading shops? The game has a notable memory leak that has issues after some time playing.

r@s (creator of bsm) recommended saving before and after each battle and then fully restarting the game to renew memory.

No, it seems to be without any particular cause.
Right now, I'm stuck in a battle with my 2 mercs vs 4 or so enemies.

I can get maybe a minute of gameplay in before it crashes.

Go to your main game folder and then to Log folder, open the last created .log file and paste it here.

Try the game without Mercapocalypse.

Also, when installing mercapocalypse, did you get both the main file and update file? or just the update file?

Do you know where I could find the armory mod incorporated into Mercpocalypse?

One issue ive had is "leveling"
I was stuck in a battle where i crashed ~5sec after loading a save. Suddenly it worked but instead of crashing i leveled playing that sound and BSM logo popping up.

Shops also lag ALOT and simply waving cursor around guns long enough will first lag, then crash eventually.

This most recent patch has had memory leak issues and they know of it and saying 6+ hours of continuous gameplay meanwhile I only have to play 2-3 hours of it and it happens.
