Can no longer chase Cheaters away

I have been playing for a few hours and now I am not able to chase cheaters away with the bat. I have to close the casino and wait for them to leave and then open the casino back up. I am not at the point where I afford to hire a bodyguard, so I have to be the one to chase them away but i can't any more. This is very annoying.

Hire a bouncer... that or pick a bat up and beat them! Thats one thing I miss doing once I hired a bouncer... The bouncer doesnt let cheaters in to your casino so there is no issue.
