garrafa de aceite donde esta? bug?

se supone que tiene que estar en el exterior de la mansion, junto a un arbol pero no permite accion ninguna. sin la garrafa de aceite no se puede continuar el juego.

alguien sabe como solucionar el problema?

You can get past that without the oil can but you will likely get stuck where I am.

1. Use the wire cutters on the chain
2. Open up the cover
3. Place the note for the knobs on top of it
4. Put all 4 knobs on their places
5. Click on the wheels and turn them until they fit

I had the same exact problem as you. I was just posting what someone else wrote. I went ahead and ordered physical discs as this steam version has me stuck. I tried clicking on everything with no luck. The only thing it lets me put down is the plan on top of the puzzle. So frustrating. Wish I read reviews before I bought these games....

Yo tenía el mismo problema, no se necesita el aceite, para ubicar los medallones. Lo solucione revisando por steam la cache del juego y luego reinicie mi equipo y ya funcionó.

Realice la verificación de los archivos del juego, por la opción de propiedades del juego verificar archivos.
Luego reinicie el compu y ya me sirvió

hola estoy probando el mismo juego en la plataforma de GOG y esta mucho mejor incluso tiene la opcion de salvada
