system error when buying items from the game store.

Hello, I funded my account through Steam. Points are credited, but when buying a suit, recycling gives an error. What to do? I can't buy anything, but there are points.

I tried to send my friend a costume, it said system error again, and he receive an empty gift box. Like lmao are you serious???

Yesterday I had the same problem with others, but it went away on its own. Today, some replenish and everything is fine, while others have an error.

yeah there's gotta be something wrong with the item mall. yesterday was fine, had a few hundred item mall points leftover. checked it now, the item mall is completely empty and points are gone.

Tried to buy points today and they didn't even appear, Steam doesnt care so we're left to deal with the publisher

Steam accounts are not eligible to buy or use WarpPortal Energy (WPE) points.

The payment must be made directly without converting to WPE points, by launching game via Steam, and navigating to in-game options to make purchases.

This is the message that appears when you attempt to buy WPE points on the Payments page.

For me it always crashes when i change the game settings ingame not on the laucnher...
I always have to change the settings every restart cause it resets back to 640 res...
It's annoying as hell.

I cant see any item in item mall shop, also cant Add any points via steam wallet. I click "move o Steam" and nothing happened. Meybe anyone know how can be wrong? i ask at chat, and people see item mall items - costumes etc.

problem is this isn't just affecting steam users--I use steam for discussions but I am running standalone client. Item mall straight up, steam user or not, is empty and can't be used.

edit : welp, tossed in a ticket to support regarding the blank item mall. hopefully..somehow, someone sees it and lets them know something done got borked.

I also sent a support ticket. I hope they hear us. I wouldn't want to lose money.
