Lost Items
Occasionally, I broken a rock or cut down a tree and items fall in all sorts of directions, some falling over cliffs or from high places. If you sleep or go off overnight, the items exist in the game forever, even after walking over them several times.

Do not know whether someone else complained about it as most entries amid these discussions are not in English. Other than that, great game so far.
