Controller registering constant left stick input
I'm using a xbox 1 controller, it's recognized fine and it's not the controller becuase i have been using it with other games with out this problem. As the title says there is a constant left movment from the main start menu on. Holding the stick to the right only acts as if the stick was in the nuetral center position.

yeah xbox one controller issue... I have the same issue. Are you guys running windows 10? It caused this issue for me in clusterpuck which worked fine in windows 7 so I think its a windows 10 and xbox one driver issue.

yep windows 10.

Yeah thinking about reverting back to windows 7 as a few games i have have this same problem. Just not all. The other games worked fine in windows 7... It seems the driver for xbox one controller is different than windows 7 or was updated on july 9 and doesnt work with certain games anymore.

i havent had the problem with any game besides this one so i doubt its the drivers fault. The devs will just need to make a hotfix

I have the same issue with 3 games... so there is definately something different form windows7 to windows 10... 2 of the games I had used the xbox one controller on windows 7 worked fine and issue started since 10 upgrade. 360 controllers still work fine in all the games. clusterpuck 99 and butsbal are the other 2 malfunctioning games. There are still games that do work fine for me also so i know its not the controller itself. I know that there is a difference btw 7 and 10 though because these games worked fine on win 7.

Same here.
With Win10. 10240 version.
And also X1 gamepad with wire that is not originally produced by Microsoft.

Yep going to windows 7 fixes the issue... I went back. Also many of the games that did work in windows 10 the vibration function wasnt working.. going back to windows 7 fixed that also.

Same here with the Xbox One controller, but Xbox 360 controller worked fine.

Yeah same with Xbox One controller. Weird bug that would seem very minor and easy to fix.

Thanks for reporting! Can someone please confirm that they are using the official driver:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/accessories/connect-xbox-one-controller-to-pc

and connecting via USB? (not wireless)
mooware Sep 9, 2015 @ 9:59am
Yes, USB cable, and I didn't install any driver myself, because as that page says:
"For Windows 10, the most current drivers are pre-installed with the operating system."
