Progression lost after Re-Install

Hello everyone,
after a new installation my progress of IdleheroTD has disappeared. Apparently there is no cloudsave because I was reset when I started the game. Is there a way to restore my old progress? I bought some things in the game.

There is a cloud save ... but you have to make an account... (if you click on settings, it's the first thing you see). So you are saying you bought stuff but made no account? :/

Join the discord and create a ticket, fill in the information and Tbiz can track you old user and overwrite it with your new user, but please make an account then XD
