midvale pax-250, last airplane upgrade not working.

The last unlock for pax-250 "A first Class experience" Does not seem to do anything.

To test this i made an airline with a string of 10 airports connected by pax-250's.
While the upgrade promises that any passenger delivered to their final destination will count as a direct flight; I am seeing that on average my passengers need 3.2 flights to reach their final destination on the reputation impact tab.

Am I missing something or is this feature not working?

Thanks for the bug report, I'll take a look. I might also remove some of these upgrades because of the different way that planes work in the new [preview] branch.
