How to play the DLC - Icy Death Pack ?
I purchased the DLC Icy Death Pack and Twisted Gears Pack
but I cant find them in my game.

I started the normal campain, but there shows no level select in the menu.
Do I have to finish the game first? (which would be lame)

Go to the obelisk near the entrance of the tomb (with the red signs), and activate it!
